Zusammenfassung: | To provide a compressor which can determine an amount of an oil for lubricating a bearing part without causing significant cost increase, and to provide a method for determining an amount of the oil for lubricating the bearing part of the compressor.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a compressor including: a refrigerant gas compression part having a fixed side element and a rotary side element; a bearing part which supports the rotary side element of the refrigerant gas compression part in such a manner that the rotary side element may rotate relative to the fixed side element of the refrigerant gas compression part; a tank in which an oil for lubricating the bearing part is stored; a housing which houses the refrigerant gas compression part, the bearing part, and the tank; an acceleration sensor disposed at the same height position as a part of a side wall forming the tank and on the outer surface of the housing; and a determination part which determines an amount of the oil in the tank on the basis of an output value of the acceleration sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
