COMPOSITION FOR PREVENTING, AMELIORATING, OR ALLEVIATING SYMPTOM ACCOMPANYING MENSTRUATION

To provide a new composition including crude drug components, the composition able to be used to prevent, ameliorate, or alleviate a symptom accompanying menstruation.SOLUTION: A composition includes the following component (1), component (2), and component (3) as active principle. The component (1) includes at least one kind of crude drug selected from a group consisting of longan, fenugreek, Chinese wolfberry fruit, Cynomorium herb, sesame seed, Dipsacus japonicus, Drynaria herb, semen astragali complanati, black soybean, Aspongopus chinensis, hippocampus, and donkey skin gelatin. The component (2) includes at least one kind of crude drug selected from a group consisting of Ligustrum japonicum, oyster, false daisy, mulberry fruit, Cassia seed, peppermint, mulberry leaf, gardenia fruit, tea leaf, kelp, wild chrysanthemum flower, Hedyotis diffusa, Plantago seed, Plantago herb, wheat, Celosia argentea, chrysanthemum flower, dandelion, luxuriant foliage, Scutellaria barbata, Clechoma hederacea, turmeric, Sanguisorba officinalis L, and Crocus sativus.
