To provide a dimension information management device which effectively uses survey information on a buried object in an object so as to be able to reduce a burden of an operator and a dimension information management system including the dimension information management device.SOLUTION: A dimension information management device 40 manages dimension information on a buried object 51 included in a survey image which is generated by a buried object survey device 10 ran along a wall surface 50 and which indicates the presence and absence of the buried object 51 in the wall surface 50, and includes a data reception section 41 and a storage section 43. The data reception section 41 acquires survey information including the survey image from the buried object survey device 10.
