SUPPORT DEVICE, WORK MACHINE PROVIDED THEREWITH AND TRANSPORTATION METHOD OF WEIGHT BLOCK

To provide a support device allowing stable transportation of weight blocks such as stone material with a work machine, and a work machine provided therewith.SOLUTION: A support device 5 is fixed on a lower traveling body 10 of a hydraulic backhoe 1. The support device 5 comprises a tip oblique part 510, an oblique upper end part 510B, and a support surface 51T. The tip oblique part 510 receives a second surface 6B of a stone material 6 rotated rearward so as to come close to the lower traveling body 10 around a first ridge line P as a fulcrum. The oblique upper end part 510B supports the second surface 6B of the stone material 6 rotatably around a rotation center axis extending in a longitudinal direction so that the first ridge line P moves upward apart from the ground G from a state the tip oblique part 510 has received the second surface 6B.
