DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

To provide a display device including a sealing structure which is not only thick enough to fix a reinforcing substrate relatively thick while excluding a constitution of an additional inner plate, but also capable of preventing process defects.SOLUTION: A display device in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: an array substrate including a display area and a non-display area positioned outside the display area, and having a light-emitting array; and a sealing structure for fixing a plate-shaped reinforcing substrate facing the array substrate. Therein the sealing structure consists of a laminated structure of first and second adhesive layers separated by a barrier layer. Thereby, the sealing structure can be provided having thickness greater than thickness critical for preventing process defects in a single layer of adhesive material. The sealing structure can firmly fix the reinforcing substrate of relatively large thickness, so as to sufficiently secure rigidity and heat dissipation effect achieved by the reinforcing substrate. Thus, the securing rigidity enabled thereby can exclude an additional inner plate advantageously for slimming and weight reduction of the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】別途インナープレートの構成を除去しつつ、比較的厚い厚さの補強基板を固定する程の厚さからなりながらも、工程不良が防止できる密封構造物を含む表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一例示は、表示領域及び表示領域の外部に位置する非表示領域を含み、発光アレイを備えるアレイ基板と、アレイ基板に向かい合う平板状の補強基板を固定する密封構造物とを含む。ここで、密封構造物は、障壁層で分離された第１及び第２の粘着層の積層構造からなる。これによって、密封構造物は、単一層の粘着材料における工程不良を防止するための臨界よりも大きな厚さで設けることができる。かかる密封構造物によって、比較的大きな厚さの補強基板も堅固に固定されうるため、補強基板による剛性及び放熱効果を十分確保することができる。よって、剛性を確保するため別途インナープレートを除去することができるので、スリム化及び軽量化に有利になり得る。【選択図】図１
