OPERATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, CONTROL DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD AND CONTROL PROGRAM

To provide an operation management system which allows reduction in burden when a railway business organization introduces a new operation management system.SOLUTION: An operation management system 100 comprises a control device 1, plural display devices 3 and plural handling devices 4. The control device 1 is constituted in a cloud environment and individually manages trains 9 of plural railway business organizations 21, 22 and 23. The plural display devices 3 are installed in each of corresponding railway business organizations of the plural railway business organizations 21, 22 and 23. The plural handling devices 4 are installed in each of corresponding railway business organizations of the plural railway business organizations 21, 22, and 23.
