Zusammenfassung:To provide a cutting blade that solves problems such as heat input, and dimensional accuracy of a method of repairing a wear portion of the cutting blade by build-up welding by conventional arc welding, and that can reinforce an easily wearing part of a new cutting blade.SOLUTION: At a side edge portion 14 of a side surface outer edge including an upper surface of a tip end edge portion 13 sharpened toward a rotating direction of an edge portion 12 of a cutting blade 1 and the edge portion 12, laser build-up welding portions 16 and 17 are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】従来のアーク溶接によって肉盛り溶接することで切断刃の摩耗部を補修する方法の有する、入熱、寸法精度等の課題を解消し、新品の切断刃の易摩耗部位を補強することを可能にした切断刃を提供すること。【解決手段】切断刃1の刃先部12の回転方向に向かって尖った先端エッジ部13の上面及び刃先部12を含む側面外縁のサイドエッジ部14に、レーザ肉盛り溶接部16、17を形成する。【選択図】図1
