Zusammenfassung:To provide an earth leakage detection device and an earth leakage detection method, capable of distinguishing whether a wire is disconnected from a battery or the battery is in a normal state.SOLUTION: An earth leakage detection device comprises a signal generation unit, an earth leakage determination unit, a frequency change unit, and a disconnection determination unit. The signal generation unit generates an AC signal and outputs it to a negative electrode of a battery. The earth leakage determination unit determines the earth leakage state of the battery based on the state of the AC signal. The frequency change unit changes the frequency of the AC signal. The disconnection determination unit determines the disconnection state between the signal generation unit and the negative electrode of the battery based on the state of the AC signal whose frequency has been changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電池との間が断線状態なのか電池の状態が正常状態なのかを区別することができる漏電検出装置および漏電検出方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る漏電検出装置は、信号発生部と、漏電判定部と、周波数変更部と、断線判定部とを備える。信号発生部は、交流信号を発生させて電池の負極へ出力する。漏電判定部は、交流信号の状態に基づいて、電池の漏電状態を判定する。周波数変更部は、交流信号の周波数を変更する。断線判定部は、周波数が変更された交流信号の状態に基づいて、信号発生部と電池の負極との間の断線状態を判定する。【選択図】図1
