Zusammenfassung:To provide an urination dynamic analysis device, in addition to conventionally-executed evaluation of urination, capable of morphologically evaluating a bladder function, a state of an urinary tract and a urinary stream itself reflecting a state of the external urethral meatus and further capable of examining them at home and at places such as nursing-care facilities imposing little physical and mental burdens to patients (subjects).SOLUTION: An urination dynamic analysis device comprises a plurality of imagers 1, a plurality of imager fixing parts 3 for fixing the imagers 1, a support part 5 for supporting the imager fixing parts 3, and a control unit 11. Each imager fixing part 3 includes an angle adjustment part 7 for adjusting an angle of each imager 1, and the support part 5 can adjust a distance between an imaging object and the imager fixing part 3 such that a region from the umbilicus to the knees of a subject P1 in urination becomes an imaging range. The plurality of imagers 1 records urine flow images by simultaneous imaging from at least two directions, and the control unit 11 analyzes a dynamic state of the urination from the recorded urine flow images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 従来から可能であった排尿の評価に加えて、膀胱機能や尿道の状態、そして外尿道口の状態を反映する尿線そのものの形態学的評価ができ、さらに患者(被検者)にとって肉体的・精神的に負担の少ない自宅や介護施設等の場所での検査も可能となるような排尿動態解析装置を提供する。【解決手段】 複数の撮像器1と、撮像器1を固定する複数の撮像器固定部3と、撮像器固定部3を支持する支持部5と、制御部11とを有し、撮像器固定部3は、撮像器1の各々の角度を調整する角度調整部7を備え、支持部5は、排尿時の被検者P1の臍から膝までの領域が撮像範囲となるように、撮像対象物と撮像器固定部3との距離の調整が可能であり、複数の撮像器1は、尿流画像を、少なくとも2方向からの同時撮像により記録し、制御部11は、記録された尿流画像から排尿動態を解析することを特徴とする。【選択図】 図2
