To provide a film forming device which can automatically perform uniform film formation.SOLUTION: A film forming device 10 comprises a drive part 12, a film forming part 14 and a control part 16. The drive part 12 is a unit for traveling the film forming device 10, the film forming part 14 is a unit for performing at least one of spray and application of a liquid agent, and the control part 16 is a unit for controlling the drive part 12 and the film forming part 14. The film forming device 10 performs film formation of the liquid agent while automatically moving by sending a signal to the drive part 12 and the film forming part 14 from the control part 16. The film forming device 10 can automatically perform film formation in such a manner that the same is located on a roof floor, a terrace, a veranda, a water-proof floor and so on of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】自動的に均一な成膜が可能な成膜装置を提供する。【解決手段】成膜装置１０は、駆動部１２、成膜部１４および制御部１６を備える。駆動部１２は成膜装置１０を走行させるための装置であり、成膜部１４は液剤を噴霧または塗布の少なくとも一方をおこなうための装置であり、制御部１６は駆動部１２と成膜部１４をコントロールするための装置である。成膜装置１０は制御部１６から駆動部１２および成膜部１４に信号を送ることで自動的に移動しながら液剤を成膜する。建築物の屋上、テラス、ベランダ、防水フロア等に成膜装置１０を配置することで、自動的に成膜することができる。【選択図】図１
