MORTAR HOLDER SERVING AS CONNECTOR

To provide a mortar holder serving as a connector capable of remarkably enhancing the holding force of mortar applied to the surface of skeleton concrete, excellent in fire resistance as well as aging deterioration of the skeleton concrete, and not losing the mortar holding force even after the occurrence of fire.SOLUTION: A mortar holder serving as a connector A consists of: a metallic skin catcher 40 connected to a separation bolt 70 that is set inside a form 71 for placing concrete; a resin-made connector part 1 to which the skin catcher 40 is attached and which is embedded in a skeleton concrete 60, and in which an opposite surface 6 to the form 71 is exposed to a surface 61 of the skeleton concrete 60; a support frame 30 attached to the connector part 1, abutting on an inner surface of the form 71, and surrounding a space between the inner surface and the opposite surface 6 of the connector part 1 to the inner surface to form a closed space H; and a metal locking part 50 extending from the skin catcher 40 in the closed space H and a holding mortar 63 applied to the surface 61 of the skeleton concrete 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】躯体コンクリートの表面に塗布されたモルタルの保持力を飛躍的に高めると共に、躯体コンクリートの経年劣化は勿論、耐火性にも優れ、火災発生後もモルタル保持力を失わないコネクター兼用モルタル保持具を提供する。【解決手段】コネクター兼用モルタル保持具Ａは、コンクリート打設用の型枠７１内にセットされるセパボルト７０に連結される金属製のスキンキャッチャー４０と、スキンキャッチャー４０が取り付けられて躯体コンクリート６０内に埋設され、型枠７１に対する対向面６が躯体コンクリート６０の表面６１に露出する樹脂製のコネクター部１と、コネクター部１に取り付けられ、型枠７１の内面に当接し、内面と、内面に対するコネクター部１の対向面６との間の空間を囲繞して閉空間Ｈとする支持枠３０と、閉空間Ｈ内にてスキンキャッチャー４０から延出し、躯体コンクリート６０の表面６１に塗布されたモルタル６３を保持する金属係止部５０とで構成されている。【選択図】図１
