To provide a jig for safely and easily fitting a rail joint plate.SOLUTION: A jig for rail joint plate fitting work 1 used to attach joint plates to railroad rails by bolts penetrating the railroad rails and the joint plates and nuts screwed into the bolts while laying the joint plates in order to connect ends to side surfaces of the railroad rail arranged with the ends face each other, comprises: a hanging shaft 2 having a length L2 equal to or longer than a length that penetrates from one joint plate along both sides of the railroad rail to the other joint plate and is inserted into bolt holes of the joint plate and bolt holes of the railroad rail; a handle shaft 3 provided facing the hanging shaft 2 while being spaced at an interval equal to or more than an interval from the bolt holes of the railroad rail to an upper surface of the railroad rail; and a connection part 4 in which the hanging shaft 2 and the handle shaft 3 are connected and integrated at their respective ends.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】レール継目板の取付作業を、安全かつ容易に行うための治具を提供する。【解決手段】端部同士を向かい合わせて配置された鉄道レールの側面に端部同士を連結するために継目板を添わせ、鉄道レールおよび継目板を貫通するボルトおよびボルトにねじ込まれるナットによって継目板を鉄道レールに取り付けるために使用されるレール継目板取付作業用治具１であって、鉄道レールの両側面に添わされた一方の継目板から他方の継目板まで貫通する長さ以上の長さＬ2 でかつ継目板のボルト孔および鉄道レールのボルト孔に挿入される吊り下げ用軸部２と、鉄道レールのボルト孔から鉄道レールの上面までの間隔以上の間隔を空けて前記吊り下げ軸部２に対向して設けられているハンドル用軸部３と、吊り下げ用軸部２とハンドル用軸部３とをそれぞれの端部で連結して一体化させている連結部４とを備えている。【選択図】図１
