Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for inexpensively and easily producing water having a low oxidation-reduction potential.SOLUTION: The method for producing water having low oxidation-reduction potential according to the present invention includes: a first step S1 of adding 1.2 pts.wt. or more and 1.4 pts.wt. or less of saccharides, 0.95 pt.wt. or more and 1.15 pts.wt. or less of salts, 3.15 pts.wt. or more and 3.85 pts.wt. or less of vinegars, and 6 pts.wt. or more and 7 pts.wt. or less of alcoholic beverages, to 100 pts.wt. of drinking water; a second step S2 of heating the solution obtained in the first step S1 to a temperature of 60°C or higher and lower than the boiling point, while stirring the solution, and then cooling the resultant solution to an ordinary temperature; and a third step S3 of diluting the solution obtained in the second step S2 to 5 times or more and 10 times or less by drinking water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
