To visualize transition of time and reward during execution of a task and to enable electronically settling fixed reward at time of completing the task.SOLUTION: A server device according to the present invention comprises: a receiving unit 11b that receives a task starting request and a settlement request from a terminal device of a client or a contractor; a time counting unit 11c that starts time counting on the basis of the task starting request and outputs time counting information; a calculation unit 11d that calculates a reward money amount corresponding to the time counting information and outputs reward money amount information; a settlement unit 11e that performs settlement based on the reward money amount information on the basis of the settlement request; and a transmission unit 11h that transmits the time counting information and the reward money amount information to terminal devices of the client and the contractor.
