Zusammenfassung:To enable reliable determination on whether there is a damage in a blade tip of, in particular, a cutting tool with multiple blades, with simple process and configuration.SOLUTION: A work machine tool damage determination method includes the steps of: detecting processing vibration at the time of processing; analyzing the processing vibration by using Fourier series expansion to obtain a processing frequency; extracting a total sum TPF that is a total sum of a tool passage frequency and a harmonic wave of the tool passage frequency and a total sum SRF that is a total sum of a main shaft rotation frequency and a harmonic wave of the main shaft rotation frequency; and comparing the total sum TPF with the total sum SRF to determine whether a rotation tool is damaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】簡単な工程及び構成で、特に多刃切削工具の刃先損傷の有無を確実に判定することを可能にする。【解決手段】加工時の加工振動を検出する工程と、前記加工振動をフーリエ級数展開により解析し、加工周波数を得る工程と、前記加工周波数の中から、工具通過周波数及びその高調波の総和である総和TPF、並びに主軸回転周波数及びその高調波の総和である総和SRFを取り出す工程と、前記総和TPFと前記総和SRFとを比較し、前記回転工具が損傷しているか否かを判定する工程と、を有している。【選択図】図4
