To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of more securely supporting left and right cheekbone portions of a subject in accordance with the size and shape of the subject's face allowing the subject to respond orally while the positions of the subject's eyes are fixed.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 1 includes a forehead contact portion 30 coming into contact with the forehead of a subject, and a cheek contact portion 40 coming into contact with the cheeks of the subject.
