To provide an LED light-emitting device which emits golden light.SOLUTION: An LED light-emitting device 1 has: a first LED element 31 which is mounted on a base 10 and emits red light; a second LED element 32 which is mounted on the base 10 and emits green light; a third LED element 33 which is mounted on the base 10 and emits orange light; a reflection frame 41 which is disposed around the first LED element 31 and the second LED element 32; and first sealing resin 42, containing a diffusion material, which is disposed inside the reflection frame 41 so as to seal the first LED element 31 and the second LED element 32. The first sealing resin 42 generates yellow light by mixing the red light emitted from the first LED element 31 with the green light emitted from the second LED element 32.
