To provide a monitoring system applied to a complex facility, which is a monitoring system capable of ensuring excellent security of the complex facility.SOLUTION: A monitoring system for a complex facility according to one example of an embodiment includes: a common entrance; a first common section located outside the common entrance; a plurality of privately owned sections located inside the common entrance; and a second common section provided between the common entrance and the privately owned sections.
