Zusammenfassung:To improve durability of a fuel cell system including a valve gear and reliability of the operation of the valve gear.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell, a cathode off-gas exhaust channel part, a gas-liquid separator, and a cover member. The gas-liquid separator has: a main body part; a first exhaust channel part that is connected with a lower portion of the main body part, has a first valve seat formed at its end, and discharges at least water accumulated in the main body part; and a first valve device having a first valve body that is configured to be contactable with the first valve seat and adjusts the degree of opening of the first exhaust channel part, and a first driving part that drives the first valve body. The cover member covers, of the gas-liquid separator, at least the first exhaust channel part and the first valve seat and has, between the gas-liquid separator and the cover member, a gas channel forming part that forms a gas channel communicating with the cathode off-gas exhaust channel part.
