【課題】 動脈病変、さらには、早期診断等の健康管理により発生や進行を抑えることができる、糖尿病、心疾患、脳血管障害、がん、腎臓病等に関する、包括的なバイオマーカーの提供。【解決手段】 ＫＩＡＡ０５１３蛋白質又はその一部、に対する生体から分離された体液サンプル中の抗体レベルを測定し、当該抗体レベルの上昇データを、動脈病変の存在データ、或いは、脳心臓血管障害、糖尿病、慢性腎臓病、又は固形癌の、潜在若しくは顕在データとして取得することにより、上記の課題を解決することができることを見出した。【選択図】 なし |
