Zusammenfassung:To improve customer satisfaction by providing a customer ordering food and drink with pleasure that the customer is not aware of, and further contribute to sales at a shop.SOLUTION: An information acquisition section 101 acquires menu information on sushi and the like which can be provided to a customer C in a revolving sushi shop R and context information on the customer C. A proposal section 102 notifies the customer C of a proposal for combinations of the kind and order of ingredients and the like of sushi to be provided to the customer C as recommendation information on the basis of the information acquired by the information acquisition section 101. Thus, the problem is solved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】飲食物のオーダーを行う顧客に対して、その顧客が気付いていない楽しさを提供することで顧客満足度を向上させ、さらに店舗売上に寄与すること。【解決手段】情報取得部１０１は、回転寿司店Ｒで顧客Ｃに提供され得る寿司等に関するメニュー情報と、顧客Ｃに関するコンテクスト情報とを取得する。提案部１０２は、情報取得部１０１により取得された情報に基づいて、顧客Ｃに提供される寿司のネタ等の種類と順番との組合せについての提案を、レコメンド情報として顧客Ｃに報知する。これにより、上記の課題を解決する。【選択図】図４
