To obtain a detached house suitable for single-person residence.SOLUTION: A detached house 10 includes a floor member 12 provided on a foundation 11, an outer wall member 15 erected around the floor member 12, a roof member 21 provided so as to close the upper end opening of the outer wall member 15, and a partition wall 22 that divides the interior space surrounded by the outer wall member 15 into a living room L and a separate room M. A washbasin 23b, a bathtub 23a, and a toilet 23c are provided in the separate room M, the floor area of the living room L is 20 to 40 square meters, and a kitchen stand 24 is provided in the living room L. The outer wall member 15 includes a front wall panel 16 with an entrance door 16a, a rear wall panel 17 provided behind the front wall panel 16 at a predetermined interval, and a pair of side wall panels 18, 19 connecting both sides of the front wall panel 16 and the rear wall panel 17.
