Zusammenfassung:To provide a detection chip capable of avoiding unintended separation of detection liquid from a detection path and adsorption of the detection liquid onto a side wall of a conductive part, and ensuring that expansion reaction normally takes place, as well as a nucleic acid detection chamber body and a nucleic acid detection device.SOLUTION: A detection chip comprises: a first lid plate; a second lid plate; an electrically conductive part having a first surface and a second surface opposite each other; and two first drive electrodes which are electrically coupled to the conductive part. The first surface and the second surface are adjacent to the first lid plate and to the second lid plate, respectively, and are formed so as to surround a channel for carrying electrically charged detection liquid. The channel includes a detection path. The two first drive electrodes are each electrically coupled to the conductive part.
