The movable unit has a holder 12 and a protruding unit 16. The holder holds an optical module. The protruding unit protrudes from an end part of the holder on the fixing unit side in the direction DL in which the optical axis AL of an optical module extends, to the fixing unit. The fixing unit has a supporting unit 27. The supporting unit supports the protruding part rotatably.
