WORK SUPPORT DEVICE

To provide images useful for operators who perform various tasks using work machines from an air vehicle.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a work support device that controls the positional relationship between a work machine and an air vehicle equipped with an image pickup device. The work machine has a lower traveling body, an upper swivel body mounted on the lower traveling body, a work device rotatably provided on the upper swivel body, and a display device for displaying an image captured by the image pickup device. The work support device is capable of communicating with the air vehicle, and has a mode switching unit for switching the operation mode related to the air vehicle between a plurality of modes.
