Zusammenfassung: | To provide a member for a fuel cell, capable of firmly adhering a sealing member in an adhesive-free manner to the surface of a base material for a fuel cell, further capable of forming the sealing member in a thin film, and also capable of exhibiting excellent sealability within a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: In a member for a fuel cell, a lip 4b is directly fastened to the surface of a separator 5. The lip 4b is a cross-linked body of a radical curable composition containing the following (A)-(E) components at a specific proportion, the cross-linked body having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -30°C or below. (A) A (meth)acrylic polymer having a (meth)acryloyl group at a molecular chain terminal. (B) A monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer which has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C of above and a polycyclic structure. (C) A monofunctional (meth)acrylic monomer excluding the (B) component. (D) A polyfunctional (meth)acrylic monomer. (E) A radical polymerization initiator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】燃料電池用基材の表面に対しシール部材を接着剤レスで強固に密着させることができ、さらに、上記シール部材の薄膜化が可能であるとともに、幅広い温度範囲において優れたシール性を示すことができる燃料電池用部材を提供する。【解決手段】リップ4bがセパレータ5の表面に直接固着されてなる燃料電池用部材であって、上記リップ4bが、下記(A)~(E)成分を特定の割合で含有するラジカル硬化性組成物の架橋体であり、上記架橋体のガラス転移温度(Tg)が-30℃以下のものとする。(A)(メタ)アクリロイル基を分子鎖末端に有する(メタ)アクリルポリマー。(B)ガラス転移温度(Tg)が0℃以上であり、多環式構造を有する、単官能(メタ)アクリルモノマー。(C)上記(B)成分を除く単官能(メタ)アクリルモノマー。(D)多官能(メタ)アクリルモノマー。(E)ラジカル重合開始剤。【選択図】図1 |
