Zusammenfassung:	To provide a construction sealant which has a mottled pattern in which a non-uniform pattern with different colors and shades of the same color mixed like a mottled pattern is in harmony with wall materials formed on the surface and can suppress occurrence of cracking and peeling of coating films, and to provide a construction method with which such construction sealant can be easily formed.SOLUTION: A construction sealant is as such that the surface of a hardened object of (I) a construction sealant composition containing (A) a reactive polymer, (B) a filler and (C) a curing catalyst has a mottled pattern formed by being partially coated with a cured object of (II) a partially coated coating composition containing (A') a reactive polymer having the same functional groups as those contained in the (A) reactive polymer, and the tensile elongation at break of the cured object of the (II) partially coated coating composition is 100% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】まだら模様のように異なる色や同色の濃淡が入り混じった不均一な模様が表面に形成された壁材と調和したまだら模様を有し、塗膜の割れや剥離の発生を抑制可能な建築用シーリング材を提供すること、また、このような建築用シーリング材を容易に形成可能な施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】（Ａ）反応性ポリマーと（Ｂ）充填材と（Ｃ）硬化触媒とを含有する（Ｉ）建築用シーリング材組成物の硬化物の表面が、前記（Ａ）反応性ポリマーに含まれる官能基と同じ官能基を有する（Ａ'）反応性ポリマーを含有する（II）部分被覆塗装用組成物の硬化物により部分的に被覆されることで形成されたまだら模様を有し、当該（II）部分被覆塗装用組成物の硬化物の引張破断伸びが１００％以上である、建築用シーリング材。【選択図】図１
