DAYLIGHTING STRUCTURE AND FIXTURE

To provide a showy daylighting structure that dos not damage the beauty of a fixture and a fixture having such daylighting structure.SOLUTION: A daylighting structure 5 comprises first and second panels 10, 20 and a translucent member 30. The first panel 10 has an opposite end face opposite to the second panel 20. On the opposite face, a recessed groove 11 is formed across its upper end to its lower end. The second panel 20 includes a tip portion 21 having a width in a front-back direction that tapers off as it goes closer to one end opposite to the first panel 10 in the width direction. The translucent member 30 has a planer first translucent portion 31 sandwiched between a bottom face 11a of the recessed groove 11 and a tip face of the tip portion 21.
