To provide a lighting device and a lighting system that can reduce the burden of setting work.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes a light source, a transmission unit, a receiving unit, and a registration unit. The transmission unit is a transmission unit that transmits identification information of the own device to another lighting device capable of communicating with the own device when a lighting target exists in a shooting area taken by a camera.
