Zusammenfassung:	To provide a photocurable coating composition which has extremely excellent adhesion to a substrate coating material while having stable matte appearance, and is useful as a top coat of an acrylic resin.SOLUTION: A photocurable top coat resin composition contains an urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer having four or more functional groups, pentaerythritol triacrylate having a hydroxyl value of 160-330 mgKOH/g, a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer having a hydroxyl group, inorganic fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1-30 μm, and a photopolymerization initiator, and a blended amount of the urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer with respect to the total solid content is 8-50 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】安定した艶消し外観を有しながら、下地塗料との密着性が非常に優れた、アクリル系樹脂のトップコートとして有用な光硬化性塗料組成物を提供する。【解決手段】４官能以上のウレタン（メタ）アクリレートオリゴマーと、水酸基価が１６０～３３０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇのペンタエリスリトールトリアクリレートと、水酸基を有する単官能（メタ）アクリレートモノマーと、平均粒子径が１～３０μｍの無機微粒子と、光重合開始剤と、を含み、ウレタン（メタ）アクリレートオリゴマーの全固形分に対する配合量が８～５０重量％であることを特徴とする光硬化性トップコート樹脂組成物である。【選択図】なし
