Zusammenfassung:	To provide a device which can inhibit occurrence of a cat back phenomenon while inhibiting increase of the costs.SOLUTION: A cooling device of a cylinder of a gas turbine includes: an exhaust device for suctioning air in an enclosure which houses the cylinder of the gas turbine and discharging the air to the outside of the enclosure; and a cooling passage formation part for supplying cooling air from the outside of the enclosure to an outer surface of the cylinder.
