HOT METAL DESULFURIZATION FACILITY AND HOT METAL DESULFURIZATION PROCESS

To provide a technology for easily applying a pre-desulfurization treatment or an additional desulfurization treatment to hot metal.SOLUTION: A desulfurizer wire feeding device includes a wire drum holding part for holding a wire drum in which a desulfurizer wire is wound in a coil shape, a wire feeding part for drawing out the desulfurizer wire from the wire drum holding part and feeding the desulfurizer wire toward hot metal filled in a hot metal ladle, and a wire guide part for guiding the desulfurizer wire fed from the wire feeding part and feeding the desulfurizer wire toward the hot metal bath surface filled in the hot metal ladle. In a hot metal desulfurization facility, the desulfurizer wire feeding device is adjacent to a slag removing device having a slag removing function for scraping out slag in the hot metal ladle to the outside of the hot metal ladle in a state of tilting the hot metal ladle and a dust collecting function for collecting dust generated during the slag removing operation.
