Zusammenfassung:	To provide a stretched multilayer film that has at least one of a PET layer and a PBT layer, and has mechanical strength such as impact resistance and heat resistance, in which a heat-sealable resin layer is simultaneously laminated by co-extrusion, and both excellent heat resistance and toughness of the PET and the PBT are effectively exhibited.SOLUTION: A stretched multilayer film has one or more layers of a PBT layer and a PET layer, and has a heat-sealable resin layer on one outermost surface, in which the total content of a copolymerization component of the PBT is 8 mol% or less, the total content of a copolymerization component of the PET is 5 mol% or less, and each of the PBT layer, the PET layer and the heat-sealable resin layer are laminated without using an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ＰＥＴ層及びＰＢＴ層をそれぞれ少なくとも１層備えた、耐衝撃性等の機械的強度及び耐熱性を有する延伸多層フィルムにおいて、ヒートシール性樹脂層が共押出により同時に積層されていると共に、ＰＥＴ及びＰＢＴが有する優れた耐熱性及び強靭性の両方が効果的に発現された延伸多層フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】ＰＢＴ層及びＰＥＴ層をそれぞれ１層以上有すると共に、最表面の一方にヒートシール性樹脂層を有する延伸多層フィルムであって、前記ＰＢＴの共重合成分の合計含有量が８ｍｏｌ％以下であり、前記ＰＥＴの共重合成分の合計含有量が５ｍｏｌ％以下であり、前記ＰＢＴ層、前記ＰＥＴ層及び前記ヒートシール性樹脂層の各層が接着剤を介することなく積層されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
