Zusammenfassung: | To prevent overcharge of a storage battery during an autonomous operation of a distributed power system comprising a power generation mechanism and a power storage mechanism.SOLUTION: A power converter comprises: a control unit; a first power conversion unit that converts a voltage of a DC power generated by a power generation device on the basis of a control command related to maximum power point follow-up control from the control unit and supplies the voltage to a power bus; and a second power conversion unit that is connected with the power bus, converts a voltage of the DC power supplied to the power bus on the basis of a charge-discharge control command related to charge-discharge control from the control unit and charges a storage battery, or converts the voltage of the DC power discharged from the storage battery and supplies the voltage to the power bus. When a state of charge of the storage battery satisfies a predetermined condition during an autonomous operation, the control unit indicates a target value of the first power conversion unit so that the DC power is reduced to second power obtained by subtracting first power from load power consumed by a load, and controls the second power conversion unit to supply, to the power bus, differential power that cannot be covered by the second power supplied to the power bus from the first power conversion unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】発電機構と蓄電機構とを備える分散型電源システムの自立運転時における蓄電池の過充電を防止する。【解決手段】電力変換器は、制御部と、制御部からの最大電力点追従制御に関する制御指令に基づいて発電装置で発電された直流電力の電圧を変換して電力バスに供給する第1電力変換部と、電力バスに接続され、制御部からの充放電制御に関する充放電制御指令に基づいて電力バスに供給された直流電力の電圧を変換して蓄電池に充電し、または、蓄電池から放電された直流電力の電圧を変換して電力バスに供給する第2電力変換部とを備え、制御部は、自立運転の際に蓄電池の充電状態が所定条件を満たすときには、負荷で消費される負荷電力から第1電力を減じた第2電力に抑制されるように第1電力変換部の目標値を指示するとともに第1電力変換部から電力バスに供給される第2電力で賄えない差分電力を電力バスに供給されるように第2電力変換部を制御する。【選択図】図9 |
