Zusammenfassung:	To provide a blade for cutting which enables easy removal of threadlike cutting scraps generated when a sheet material, such as a cardboard sheet, is cut, and to provide a manufacturing method of the blade.SOLUTION: A blade for cutting is used in a cutting device which cuts a sheet material by an upper blade and a lower blade cooperating and includes: a fan-shaped blade body; and a blade part disposed along an outer periphery part of the blade body.
