Zusammenfassung:To provide a soft magnetic dust core with high density and high characteristics.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: In a manufacturing method of a dust core, an Fe-B-Si-PC-Cu-based magnetic powder having first crystallization start temperature Tx1 and second crystallization start temperature Tx2 and insulation powder having a glass transition temperature Tg and constituting a coating film to be formed on the surface of the powder are prepared, and the magnetic powder and the insulating powder satisfy Tx1-Tg≥5°C. The mixture of the magnetic powder and the insulating powder is heated with a molding pressure applied to form the coating film on the surface of the magnetic powder.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高密度かつ高特性の軟磁性圧粉磁心を提供する。【解決方法】圧粉磁心の製造方法であって、第1結晶化開始温度Tx1及び第2結晶化開始温度Tx2を有するFe-B-Si-P-C-Cu系磁性粉末と、前記粉末の表面に形成すべき被膜を構成するガラス転移温度Tgを有する絶縁粉末とを用意するとともに、前記磁性粉末と前記絶縁粉末とはTx1-Tg≧5℃なる条件を満たし、前記磁性粉末及び前記絶縁粉末との混合物に対して、成形圧力を印加した状態で加熱し、前記磁性粉末の表面に前記被膜を形成する。【選択図】なし
