Zusammenfassung: | To provide a working vehicle capable of stably performing a lifting and lowering operation in a working vehicle provided with a double-acting auxiliary cylinder mechanism.SOLUTION: A working vehicle includes a main cylinder mechanism 77 which lifts and lowers a working machine connected in freely liftable to a machine body, and an auxiliary cylinder mechanism 95 between lift arms 72L and 72R which are vertically rotated by the main cylinder mechanism 77 and the machine body. In the working vehicle, the auxiliary cylinder mechanism 95 is configured in a double-action type, there provided is an auxiliary cylinder control valve units 100 and 100A which allow the auxiliary cylinder mechanism to make extending operation at lifting side of the working machine and shortening operation at lowering side of the working machine. An oil passage 107, which connects the auxiliary cylinder control valve units 100 and 100A and the auxiliary cylinder mechanism 95, discharges return oil to a tank during extending operation of the auxiliary cylinder mechanism 95, and is used as an oil passage for supplying pressure oil when the auxiliary cylinder mechanism 95 is shortening operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】複動式の補助シリンダ機構を備える作業車両において、安定して昇降操作できる作業車両を提供する。【解決手段】機体に昇降自在に連結する作業機を昇降連動する主シリンダ機構77を備え、主シリンダ機構77によって上下に回動するリフトアーム72L,72Rと機体との間に補助シリンダ機構95を備えた作業車両において、補助シリンダ機構95を複動型に構成して作業機上昇側においては伸張作動し下降側においては短縮作動させる補助シリンダ制御バルブユニット100,100Aを設け、補助シリンダ制御バルブユニット100,100Aと補助シリンダ機構95を接続する油路107は、補助シリンダ機構95の伸張作動中は戻り油をタンクに排出し、補助シリンダ機構95を短縮作動させるときは圧油供給用の油路とした。【選択図】図5 |
