RACK CONVEYING DEVICE OF EGG TRAY

To efficiently convey a tray where eggs are placed, to a tray shelf of a rack.SOLUTION: A rack conveying device comprises a supply conveyor part 1 provided with a set area 18, an elevating/lowering transfer part 2 for transferring a tray 9 transferred from the supply conveyor part 1 to a tray shelf 81 of a rack 8, and control part 6. The elevating/lowering transfer part 2 comprises an elevating/lowering conveyor part 3 for feeding the tray 9 received by receiving the tray 9 transferred from the supply conveyor part 1 at a tray-receiving position TR to a tray carry-in port 82 at a tray-feeding position TS, a pushing mechanism 4 for pushing out the received tray 9 fed by the elevating/lowering conveyor part 3 to be transferred to the tray shelf 81, and an elevating/lowering mechanism 5 for moving the elevating/lowering conveyor part 3 and the pushing mechanism 4 from the tray-receiving position TR to the tray-feeding position TS. The control part 6 performs controlling in such a manner that the pushing mechanism 4 pushes the tray 9 from behind to be pushed into the tray shelf 81, in a drive state where the elevating/lowering conveyor part 3 feeds the tray 9 to the tray carry-in port 82 at the tray-feeding position TS.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】卵が載置されたトレイをラックのトレイ棚に効率よく搬送する。【解決手段】ラック搬送装置は、セット領域１８を有する供給コンベア部１と、供給コンベア部１から移送されるトレイ９をラック８のトレイ棚８１に移送する昇降移送部２と、制御部６とを備えている。昇降移送部２は、供給コンベア部１から移送されるトレイ９をトレイ受取位置ＴＲで受け取り、受け取ったトレイ９をトレイ送出位置ＴＳでトレイ搬入口８２に送り出す昇降コンベア部３と、昇降コンベア部３で送り出されたトレイ９を押し出してトレイ棚８１に移送する押出機構４と、昇降コンベア部３及び押出機構４をトレイ受取位置ＴＲからトレイ送出位置ＴＳまで移動させる昇降機構５とを備える。制御部６は、昇降コンベア部３がトレイ送出位置ＴＳでトレイ９をトレイ搬入口８２に送り出す駆動状態で、押出機構４がトレイ９を後方から押してトレイ棚８１に押し込むように制御している。【選択図】図８
