Zusammenfassung:To drastically reduce a calculation amount while suppressing deterioration of calculation accuracy when a power generation plan is created.SOLUTION: A power generation plan creation system of an embodiment performs first determination processing of: solving an optimization problem of a predetermined object function by using constraint condition data including characteristic data for every power generator, and power demand data when an operation, a stop, and an output value in the operation for every power generator are determined for every time slot on the basis of power demand data of the second predetermined number of time slots smaller than the first predetermined number of pieces of time series power demand data in a calculation object period including the first predetermined number of time slots regarding a power system having a plurality of power generators; determining the operation, and the stop for every power generator in an order from the time slot with the largest power demand data; and in that case, determining the operation, the stop, and the output value in the operation for every power generator so that there is no power generator which changes to the operation again after chronologically changing from the operation to the stop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】発電計画を作成する際に、計算精度の低下を抑制しつつ、計算量を大幅に低減する。【解決手段】実施形態の発電計画作成システムは、複数の発電機を有する電力系統に関する第1の所定数の時間断面を含む計算対象期間における時系列の電力需要データのうち第1の所定数よりも小さい第2の所定数の時間断面の電力需要データに基づいて、時間断面ごとに発電機ごとの運転、停止、および、運転時の出力値を決定する場合に、発電機ごとの特性データと、電力需要データと、を含む制約条件データを用いて、所定の目的関数の最適化問題を解くとともに、電力需要データが大きい時間断面から順に発電機ごとの運転、停止を決定し、その際、経時的に運転から停止に変わった後に再び運転に変わる発電機がないようにして、発電機ごとの運転、停止、および、運転時の出力値を決定する第1の決定処理を行う。【選択図】図4
