【課題】液体材料の流動性を確保しつつ、圧力室内の液体材料が加圧されたときにおいて圧力室から圧力が逃げることを抑制すること。【解決手段】インクジェットヘッドは、ノズル穴、ノズル穴に連通する圧力室、圧力室に供給される液体材料が流れる供給流路、および、圧力室から回収される液体材料が流れる回収流路を有するヘッド本体と、ヘッド本体に取り付けられ、かつ、圧力室内の液体材料を加圧して、液体材料をノズル穴から吐出させる加圧部材と、を備え、圧力室において液体材料が流れる方向と、供給流路において液体材料が流れる方向とは互いに異なり、圧力室において液体材料が流れる方向と、回収流路において液体材料が流れる方向とは互いに異なる。【選択図】図5 |
