In the flange part 62, a portion at a side opposite to an end face 62a is notched, and a plurality of recesses 65 which are formed with intervals in a peripheral direction of the cylinder part 11, and a plurality of bolt holes 66 penetrating bottom faces 65a of the recesses 65 and the end face 62a in an axial line direction A are formed at the flange part. The plurality of recesses 65 are formed by notching the mat group 63.
