LUGGAGE CONVEYANCE SYSTEM, LUGGAGE CONVEYANCE METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

To provide a luggage conveyance system, a luggage conveyance method and a computer program, with which it is possible to reduce time and effort when requesting the conveyance of luggage.SOLUTION: The luggage conveyance system assigns one of loading units capable of accommodating luggage to a user and stores the luggage accommodated in the assigned loading unit. The luggage conveyance system comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring luggage acceptance information issued by a luggage storage system when luggage is accommodated in the loading unit having been conveyed to a position where luggage is checked; an acceptance unit for accepting first delivery request identification information associated to the luggage accommodated in the loading unit; and a processing unit for storing in a storage unit the luggage acceptance information and the first delivery request identification information in association with each other. The acquisition unit acquires second delivery request identification information and luggage acceptance information when luggage is delivered to a recipient.
