In the porous plate, an area of a hole arrangement area 105 provided with a plurality of through holes 110 on the side closer to the inner cylinder has a larger average value of a ligament rate, obtained by dividing a distance between the outer peripheral edges of two adjacent holes among the plurality of through holes by a distance between the centers of the two adjacent holes, than an area on the side closer to the outer cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
