Zusammenfassung:	To provide a honeycomb structure capable of suppressing a pressure loss while maintaining shielding properties, and to provide a manufacturing method of the honeycomb structure.SOLUTION: A honeycomb structure includes: a concave entrance side edge face 12; a convex outlet side edge face 14; and a plurality of cells 20 each having a polygonal cross section serving as a flow channel of a liquid and extending from the entrance side edge face 12 to the outlet side edge face 14. The plurality of cells 20 are separated by partition walls 22.
