Zusammenfassung:To improve the distinctiveness of distance perception for multiple sounds to a listener.SOLUTION: A masking amount determination unit uses a predetermined masking model to determine the amount of masking for other sound sources for the respective sound sources from the audio signal levels of multiple sound sources, a correction amount determination unit acquires sound source position information indicating the sound source position for each of the sound sources, determines a correction amount of at least one of the sound sources on the basis of the masking amount such that the level of the audio signal of the sound source with a larger distance from the listening position is relatively reduced with respect to the audio signal of the sound source with a smaller distance, a correction unit corrects the level of the audio signal of the sound source related to the correction amount on the basis of the correction amount, and a rendering unit generates a reproduction signal for perceiving sound at the sound source position of the sound source indicated by the sound source position information from the sound signal of each of the sound sources.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】受聴者に対して複数の音に対する距離知覚の識別性を向上する。【解決手段】マスキング量決定部は所定のマスキングモデルを用いて、複数の音源の音声信号のレベルから、音源ごとに他の音源に対するマスキング量を定め、補正量決定部は音源ごとの音源位置を示す音源位置情報を取得し、聴取位置からの距離がより大きい音源の音声信号のレベルが、前記距離がより小さい音源の音声信号に対して相対的に低減するように、前記マスキング量に基づいて少なくともいずれかの音源の補正量を定め、補正部は補正量に基づいて当該補正量に係る音源の音声信号のレベルを補正し、レンダリング部は音源ごとの音声信号から前記音源位置情報で示される当該音源の音源位置に音を知覚させるための再生信号を生成する。【選択図】図1
