JOINTING APPARATUS

To provide a jointing apparatus capable of obtaining a good product after jointing even if there is a defective portion in a thin film member to be jointed.SOLUTION: A jointing apparatus is provided with: a carrying part 320 for carrying a diffusion layer joint product 30, and a cathode catalyst transfer film 60 having a cathode catalyst and a transfer film 62 laminated onto the cathode catalyst and connected via a foil linking part; a thermal press-bonding part 310 having a pair of heating rollers 216 and 218 and thermally press-bonding the diffusion layer joint product and the cathode catalyst transfer film using the heating rollers; and a separation part 236 for separating the transfer film. When the tip end of the foil linking part reaches a thermal press-bonding position by the heating rollers, the thermal press-bonding is canceled. After the diffusion layer joint product and the cathode catalyst transfer film are carried until the tip end of the foil linking part reaches the separation part, the diffusion layer joint product is carried in the reverse direction, and the tip end of an unjointed portion not yet jointed with the cathode catalyst of the diffusion layer joint product, and the rear end of the foil linking part are carried to a thermal press-bonding position, and the diffusion layer joint product and the cathode catalyst transfer film are thermally press-bonded again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】接合される薄膜部材に不良箇所が存在しても、接合後に良品を得ることが可能な接合装置の提供。【解決手段】拡散層接合品３０と、カソード触媒及びカソード触媒に積層された転写フィルム６２を有するとともに箔継ぎ部を介して接続されたカソード触媒転写フィルム６０と、を搬送する搬送部３２０と、一対の加熱ローラ２１６，２１８を有し、拡散層接合品及びカソード触媒転写フィルムを加熱ローラで熱圧着する熱圧着部３１０と、転写フィルムを剥離する剥離部２３６とを備え、箔継ぎ部の先端が加熱ローラによる熱圧着位置に到達すると熱圧着を解除し、箔継ぎ部の先端が剥離部に到達するまで拡散層接合品及びカソード触媒転写フィルムを搬送した後、拡散層接合品を逆方向に搬送して拡散層接合品のカソード触媒と接合されていない未接合部の先端と箔継ぎ部の後端を熱圧着位置まで搬送し、拡散層接合品及びカソード触媒転写フィルムを再び熱圧着する。【選択図】図７
