To solve an issue that it has been impossible to properly switch display of information itself and notification of the presence of information.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: a display information reception unit for receiving at least one piece of display information as information to display; a first determination unit for determining whether a first condition is satisfied; an existence clarification information output unit for outputting existence clarification information which clearly shows that there is display information corresponding to satisfaction of the first condition; a second determination unit for determining whether a second condition is satisfied; and a display information output unit for outputting display information when a second condition is satisfied.
