To provide a connector capable of suppressing reduction in reliability of electrical connection with a partner connector.SOLUTION: A connector 1 comprises: a terminal 2; a housing 3 that has a terminal accommodation chamber 300 into which the terminal is inserted; and a front holder 5 supported by the housing 3 and that prevents the terminal accommodated in the terminal accommodation chamber 300 from coming off. The front holder 5 has: an insertion part 55 to be inserted into the terminal accommodation chamber 300 from an opposite side to a terminal insertion direction in which the terminal is inserted; and a pair of terminal regulation arms 56 and 56 formed so as to be extended from the insertion part 55 and that hold the terminal by elastically deforming so as to be contacted with and separated from the terminal.
