To provide a door open/close device capable of improving motor maintainability.SOLUTION: A door open/close device 1 has an upper rail 10 that suspends and holds the sliding door panel so as to slide in the width direction of the door to guide a guided member 29 coupled with the top end 9a of the sliding door panel 9.
