Zusammenfassung:To discharge a content even after releasing a depressing operation.SOLUTION: A discharge pump 1 comprises: a pump member 2 that has a stem 10 erected inside a mouth A1 of a container body A in which a content is stored; and a discharge member 3 that discharges the content forward. The discharge member comprises: a depressing head 20 that can depress the stem; a storage cylinder 21 into which the content in the stem is supplied by the stem depressing operation; a discharge cylinder 23 that is disposed before the storage cylinder and discharges the content in the stem outside through a discharge port 23a by the stem depressing operation; and a storage plunger 22 that moves toward one side in an axial direction following supplying of the content into the storage cylinder and is biased toward the other side.
